SRB Management Company, LLC (“SRB”) is the owner of this website and retains all ownership rights to the information collected at this site.

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the policies and procedures of SRB Management, LLC (“SRB,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) relating to the information we collect, use and disclose on this website (www.stadiumdevelopmentplan.com) (the “Website”). The creation of this Privacy Policy grows from our fundamental respect for your right to privacy and will serve to guide our relationship with you. We value the privacy and security of your “personal information,” which as used herein means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you or your household. Personal information does not include publicly available information from government records or de-identified or aggregated consumer information, which do not identify you.

You consent to and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy by expressly accepting the terms of the Privacy Policy or by using our Website. From time to time, we will update this Privacy Policy as we adopt new practices and procedures related to your personal information. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be placed here and will supersede this version. If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will revise the “Last Updated and Effective Date” above. Your continued use of our Website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We encourage you to check back from time to time.

We may collect the following type of personal information from you when you use our Website, and describe below the reasons why we collect such personal information.

  • Registration and Special Services. On our Website, you may voluntarily register and/or sign up for special services by providing us your name, email address, physical address, phone number, and any other information you choose to provide in the comment box. Although you may use many features of this Website without completing a registration or sign-up form, visitors who do register and/or sign up for special services may have access to additional features of the Website and are more likely to receive information suited to their interests. We collect your personal information so that we can better tailor your website experience to your interests, to request your opinions with respect to media and entertainment, and to send you information about SRB and its services as well as promotional material on behalf of some of our partners. We may use information that you provide to us to inform you of content on the web, radio and other methods of content delivery, in which you may be interested and to provide or display the content according to your preferences.
  • Online Surveys. From time to time, we may conduct online surveys on this Website. If you choose to participate in these surveys, you may provide your contact information, such as your name or email address, and your demographic information, such as your zip code or age. We collect this information to provide you with information about our company and promotional material on behalf of some of our partners, and to contact you when necessary.
  • Public Forums. This Website may make available chat rooms, forums, message boards, and news groups (collectively, “Public Forums”) so that users can share their thoughts. Any personal information you voluntarily decide to disclose in these Public Forums is public and can be viewed by others. As such, please exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information on the Public Forums.
  • Supplemental Information. To enhance SRB’s ability to tailor this Website to your preferences, we may combine information that you provide to us on registration and other online sign-up forms with other information about you that we may obtain. We do not share that information with any other party.
  • Automatically From The Website. When you visit this Website, we may automatically collect your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, log files, and other technical data. We collect this information to administer our Website, to help diagnose problems with our server, to analyze trends, to track users’ webpage movements, to help identify you, and to gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.

In addition to the above, we may generally use or disclose your personal information for one or more of the following purposes:

  • To fulfill or meet the reason you provided the information. For example, if you share your name and contact information to ask a question about our projects or offerings, we will use that personal information to respond to your inquiry.
  • To provide, support, personalize, and develop our Website, products, and services.
  • To provide you with support and to respond to your inquiries, including to investigate and address your concerns and monitor and improve our responses.
  • To personalize your Website experience and to deliver content, project and offerings relevant to your interests, including targeted offers and ads through our Website, third-party sites, and via email or text message (with your consent, where required by law).
  • To help maintain the safety, security, and integrity of our Website, products and services, databases and other technology assets, and business.
  • For testing, research, analysis, and product development, including to develop and improve our Website, projects and offerings.
  • To respond to law enforcement requests and as required by applicable law, court order, or governmental regulations.
  • As described to you when collecting your personal information or as otherwise permitted by law.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may, however, share your personal information with service providers for a business purpose. When we disclose personal information to a service provider for a business purpose, we enter into a contract that, among other things, describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that personal information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the business purpose described in the contract.

From time to time we may enter into a special relationship with another company that is not owned by SRB to provide additional features on this Website. These special relationships may include “powered by” partners, business partners, sponsors, and co-branded sites (referred to here as “co-branded pages”). You should look for a specific privacy statement on any such co-branded page. By providing personal information when signing up at one of these co-branded pages, you are intentionally permitting disclosure of your personal information with such partner. You should also check our partner’s website for information regarding its privacy policies.

The nature of some features of our Website may also require that we share personal information about you with persons or companies outside of SRB. For example, this may occur at a feature that enables you, via our Website, to ask questions of persons or entities that are not part of SRB. By responding to those features of the site, whether by email or direct entry of information on our Website, you are consenting to us transferring that information to such persons or entities.

With respect to specific registration modules, like surveys, we may disclose personal information collected, and we will post a conspicuous statement on the registration module to the effect that we will be disclosing the information collected with other parties (see above section on online surveys).

Further, we may share your personal information if necessary to: (1) comply with federal, state, or local laws; (2) comply with a civil, criminal, or regulatory inquiry, investigation, subpoena, or summons by federal, state, or local authorities; (3) cooperate with law enforcement agencies concerning conduct or activity that we reasonably and in good faith believe may violate federal, state, or local laws; or (4) exercise or defend legal claims.

Finally, we may share any of the information collected from you with other parties if it has been de-identified or aggregated. Such information is not linked to any information that can identify you.

Our Website may use a standard technology called a “cookie” to collect information about how you use this Website. Cookies reside on your computer and help our Website recognize your computer’s browser as a prior visitor. This information allows us to customize delivery of information. For example, our Website may use cookies to save and remember registration information or preferences that you may have set while browsing the site, to keep track of your shopping cart, to ensure you do not see the same ad content repeatedly, to deliver content specific to your interests, and to save your password so you do not have to re-enter it each time you visit our Website. We use cookies only to gather information as indicated in this Privacy Policy.

In addition, on occasion our Website may set a “session cookie” which helps us administer this Website. The session cookie expires when you close your browser and does not retain any information about you after it expires. Finally, we may also use an ad network provider to help present advertisements on this and other SRB websites. This ad network provider, like other advertising service vendors, uses cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies on the hard drive of your computer to serve you advertisements tailored to interests you have shown by browsing on this and other sites you have visited, and to determine whether you have seen a particular advertisement before and to avoid sending you duplicate advertisements. In doing so, the provider collects non-personal information such as your browser type, your operating system, Web pages visited, time of visits, content viewed, ads viewed, and other clickstream data. The use of cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies by these ad network providers is subject to their own privacy policies, not ours. If you do not want the benefits of these advertising cookies, you may opt-out by visiting http://www.networkadvertising.org/optout_nonppii.asp. However, if you do so you may not receive the full benefit from the use of our Website.

We may license ad-server software from another company to place banner advertising on our Website pages. All of the data provided and generated by the ad-server software remains in our possession and no data is transferred to the licensor of the software. This feature of our Website may, on occasion, set “cookies” on your computer. Any information collected or stored by the ad-service or the cookies is treated in the same manner as other information as described in this statement.

Consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, we will not knowingly request personal information from anyone under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent. If we receive actual knowledge that an SRB subscriber is under the age of 13, we will remove all personal information about that person from our files.

We have implemented and maintain reasonable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information to protect your personal information from unauthorized access and exfiltration, theft, or disclosure. However, no security system is perfect. We will notify you if there is a breach of our security where required by law or deemed necessary.

Your personal information will be retained for the time required to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and processed, including for the purpose of satisfying legal, professional, contractual, regulatory, accounting or reporting obligations.

Our Website currently does not support or respond to Do Not Track requests. Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked. You can enable or disable Do Not Track through your web browser.

This Website provides you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving email communications from us and our special relationship partners. To opt-out of receiving email communications, you may:

  • Modify your registered user information on our website; or
  • Send an email to: Info@SRBManagement.com (Please note that these emails should only be used for specific technical issues related to the Website such as unsubscribing from a database. The recipients of these emails will not be able, in general, to answer concerns regarding any SRB project, offering, or other non-web related issues.)

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, as it is applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within such state, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any cause of action you or SRB brings in connection with any matters related to this Website and/or the Privacy Policy, shall be brought only in either the state or Federal courts located in Orange County, California. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of the State of California for any cause of action arising out of this Privacy Policy and/or any matter related to this Website.

If any provision of this Privacy Policy, or the application thereof to any person or circumstances, is held invalid for any reason, including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations, then such provision shall be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that matches, as closely as possible, the original provision, and the other provisions of this Privacy Policy shall remain in full force and effect.

This Website is governed by and operated in accordance with the laws of United States and is intended for enjoyment of residents of the United States. SRB makes no representation that this Website is governed by or operated in accordance with the laws of other nations. Persons from countries outside the United States should neither use this Website nor provide any personal information on this Website. If unbeknownst to SRB, visitors from outside the United States use this Website and submit their personal information, they acknowledge that this Website is subject to United States law, consent to the transfer of personal information to the United States, and waive any claims that may arise under their own national laws, which do not apply to SRB.

This Privacy Notice for California Residents supplements the information above and applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who reside in or are residents of the State of California (“consumer” or “you”). We provide this notice pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”). Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this notice.

Your Rights and Choices

The CCPA provides consumers (California residents) with specific rights regarding their personal information. This section describes your CCPA rights and explains how to exercise those rights.

You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will disclose to you:

  1. The categories of personal information we collected about you.
  2. The categories of sources for the personal information we collected about you.
  3. Our business or commercial purpose for collecting that personal information.
  4. The categories of third parties with whom we shared that personal information.
  5. The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you.

Right to Request Deletion

You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.

We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service provider(s) to:

  1. Complete the transaction for which we collected the personal information, fulfill the terms of a written warranty or product recall conducted in accordance with federal law, provide a good or service that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform our contract with you.
  2. Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities.
  3. Debug products to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality.
  4. Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise their free speech rights, or exercise another right provided for by law.
  5. Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act (Cal. Penal Code § 1546 et. seq.).
  6. Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when the information’s deletion may likely render impossible or seriously impair the research’s achievement, if you previously provided informed consent.
  7. Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with us.
  8. Comply with a legal obligation.
  9. Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.

Right to Opt-Out of the Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. As such, there is no need to submit a request for us to not sell your personal information.

Exercising Access and Deletion Rights

To exercise the access and deletion rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us at Info@SRBManagement.com. Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:

  • Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative, and
  • Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.

Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. However, we do consider requests made through your password protected account sufficiently verified when the request relates to personal information associated with that specific account.

We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

Response Timing and Format

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For access requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:

  • Deny you goods or services.
  • Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.
  • Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.
